Peafowls Release Gallery

In order to augment the pristine ecosystem in CBC, a pedigreed flock of Peafowls is maintained in mud pens at the administrative Camp.  Following watchful hatching and rearing, they are stage-wise acclimatised and then released in to the wild within the Centre.  Even though released in scattered batches at different locations, they generally tend to congregate near Ditteywala Toba.
